Mark "Mods" Lovegrove is a British born music composer, game designer & filmmaker from Wallingford, Oxfordshire. He has written music for many independent point & click adventure games since 2000, including many made with Adventure Game Studio & several by the popular writer Ben Croshaw (creator of Zero Punctuation). Lovegrove primarily writes MIDI music for video-games. In 2003 Mark was awarded an Excellence in Music award for his work on The Adventures Of Fatman.〔(archive.org: DIY Games: ''2003 Excellence In Music & Sound'' )〕 In 2007 he directed a behind-the-scenes documentary of "The Butterfly Tattoo" and interviewed the book's author, Philip Pullman. Lovegrove is the owner of Screen 7, a UK video game publisher. In 2010 Lovegrove was awarded with the AGS Lifetime Achievement Award.
